Several hundred individuals seeking protection could be placed in military barracks as the authorities aims to end the use of hotel accommodations.

Discussions are in progress regarding the utilization of two locations - one in northern Britain and the other in the south of England - for shelter for 900 male individuals.

The PM has instructed Home Office and Defense Department officials to accelerate work to locate suitable military sites.

The administration has pledged to end the utilization of asylum hotels, which have cost substantial taxpayer money and become a focal point for anti-migrant protests.

Proposed Military Facilities

Asylum seekers may be accommodated in the Cameron military facility in Highland region and Crowborough army training camp in East Sussex by the conclusion of the coming month.

Commercial facilities, short-term shelter and previously unused facilities are also being considered for possible utilization.

Government Commitments

Government sources stated that all sites would adhere to health and safety standards.

"The government remains extremely concerned at the extent of illegal migrants and temporary hotel accommodations."

"Our administration will terminate each temporary accommodation facility. Work are progressing effectively, with more suitable sites being identified to alleviate strain on local areas and reduce migrant housing expenditures."

Present Accommodation Data

Around thirty-two thousand asylum seekers are presently being housed in temporary lodging, representing a reduction from a high point of over 56,000 in last year.

A newly released analysis found that billions of government revenue had been "wasted" on refugee housing.

Earlier Military Facility Utilization

Two former military sites - former RAF base in Essex and the Napier facility in the southern county - are already being operated to house asylum seekers after being established under the prior government.

The government leader stated on the circumstances, saying: "The government is determined to close every refugee hotel. Words cannot describe how frustrated and angry we are that we've been left with a mess as significant as the current circumstances by the last government."
